We provide our patients with skilled nursing care as prescribed by the client’s primary care physician in a home or assisted living setting. Our nurses observe the guidelines laid out by the National Private Duty Nursing Association and the Minnesota Department of Health. The following services are performed by either a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Wound care
- Post-surgical care
- Medication management and teaching
- Catheter care
- Pain management
- Injection administration
- Blood draws
- Glucose monitoring
- Vitals monitoring
- Client assessment and health education
- Long-term care management
